Payment Plan Structuring

The amount of money you owe is established solely by the state's law (CGS §29-151), which requires you to pay 10% fee based on the bail amount of up to $5,000 and 7% on the amount greater than $5,000, so that the cost of $10,000 bail comes to $850, and that of $50,000 bail comes to $3,650. We'll give you an estimate for your payment before you call us.

In case of an unplanned arrest, victims of unforeseen costs always end up in awful financial situations, making our payment plan more flexible.

For your convenience, we accept all forms of payment:

Cash Credit Card Debit Card Bank Check CashApp Venmo PayPal Apple Pay Western Union
  • Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payments for you.
  • Zero interest program. Once qualified, your balance will never grow during the payment term.
  • 3% down payment program. The minimum amount of 35% to be paid in advance is required by the law of Connecticut. We always let you know the qualification so that the amount of first payment will be the minimum the state accepts. Read the terms of our payment plan for more information.
  • Terms up to 15 months. Longer payments for higher amounts of bail.
